About Gifty
Gifty develops software for local businesses and franchises. With our smart solution, our clients sell and manage gift cards via their own website or in-store. Gifty sends the gift cards via email and post, integrates with a wide range of POS systems, and provides real-time insights and extensive reporting. Check out our explainer video here.
What you’ll be doing
In a small and creative team, you’ll be ready for the real world in no time. You’ll talk to potential and existing customers, work on marketing and communication efforts, and contribute ideas for improving our software. At Gifty, you’ll have the freedom to grow, share your ideas, and learn a lot. Besides sharpening your sales and communication skills, you’ll also gain experience in startups, design, marketing, technology, and customer support.
Your tasks at a glance
- Support and assist the sales & marketing team
- Plan and execute marketing activities independently (online & offline)
- Write blogs and customer success stories
- Assist with sales inquiries: conduct intake calls and keep track of ongoing leads
- Give online demos and support new client onboarding
- Contribute to the continuous development of our product
- Time and space for assignments from your studies
About you
You’re an MBO4 or HBO student specializing in marketing and/or sales. You’re a great communicator, creative, proactive, and full of initiative. You have a natural interest in technology, enjoy working with people, and want to bring out the best in yourself.
